These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CoreLink Partners website, affiliate program, and telemarketing services. By accessing our services or joining our affiliate program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. Our affiliate program is open to individuals and businesses that comply with applicable laws and our program guidelines.
2. Affiliate Program
As an affiliate partner, you agree to:
- Promote our telemarketing services ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws
- Not use misleading, deceptive, or spam practices
- Use only approved links, creatives, and marketing materials
- Accurately represent our services and commission structure
We reserve the right to approve or reject applications and to terminate partnerships that violate these Terms.
3. Commissions and Payments
Commission rates, payment schedules, and qualifying criteria are set forth in your partner agreement or dashboard. We reserve the right to modify commission structures with reasonable notice. Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if your account is terminated for cause.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Engage in fraudulent traffic, fake leads, or incentive abuse
- Violate any telemarketing, advertising, or data protection laws
- Use our trademarks or branding without prior written approval
- Interfere with our systems, other affiliates, or end users
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on our website and provided through the program remain our property. You receive a limited license to use approved materials solely for promoting our services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreLink Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or participation in the affiliate program.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Upon termination, you must cease using our links and materials. Pending commissions earned prior to termination will be paid in accordance with our payment schedule.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or through your partner dashboard.
